All services require a $25 (Non-refundable) deposit to confirm booking. Failure to cancel 48 hours before the original appointment or failure will result in the loss of your deposit. A 15 minute grace period is given starting at the appointed time given to the client to meet with detailer before moving forward with the next scheduled client. Failure to meet with your detailer within the 15 minute grace period will result in the loss of your deposit. Client is allowed one opportunity to reschedule for a later date and time within the 48 hour window.
